Scope. This policy applies to purchases made on House Kamara (“we”, “our”, “the House”) for physical books, digital ebooks, digital audiobooks, and pre-orders.
Physical books (paperback). If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contact@housekamara.com within 7 days of delivery with photos + order ID. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund/credit at our discretion.
Digital products (ebook / audio). Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital sales are final once access is granted, except where required by law or where a technical failure prevents access and cannot be resolved.
Pre-orders. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment. Once the order is fulfilled or access is granted, standard rules apply.
Chargebacks & fraud checks. Abusive chargebacks or suspicious activity may lead to account restrictions and loss of access pending review.
How to request. Email contact@housekamara.com with subject: REFUND / ORDER ID. Include: purchase email, order ID, and issue description.
Use of site. By using House Kamara, you agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or violate applicable laws.
Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Digital access. Digital ebooks/audiobooks are licensed for personal use. Resale, redistribution, screen recording, ripping, or public sharing is prohibited.
Orders & fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limits. If cancelled, payments are refunded.
Content & IP. All site content and House Kamara materials are protected intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
Changes. We may update these terms to keep the system secure and current. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

What we collect. Account details (name, email), order information, and basic analytics (device/browser) to run and improve the site.
Payments. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways; we do not store full card data on House Kamara servers.
Cookies. Cookies may be used for login sessions, cart state, and analytics. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but features may degrade.
How we use data. To fulfill orders, provide access to digital content, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and communicate important system updates.
Sharing. We share data only with services needed to operate (payments, email delivery, analytics) or where legally required.
